  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable Goods: Fresh fruits, vegetables, and other perishable items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Used Items: Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide instructions and a Return Authorization Number (if applicable).
  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the Return Authorization Number and proof of purchase inside the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  • Other Returns: For all other returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  1. Return the Original Item: Follow the return process to get a refund for the original item.
  2. Place a New Order: Purchase the new item through our website.

6. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund if it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 2 business days to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, we will issue a partial refund based on the value of the returned items.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide details and photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
